Coach Jeff McFadden
Jeff McFadden brings over six years of youth coaching experience to the field, with a strong focus on player development and team growth.
Over the last 6 years Jeff has served as a competitive level coach building teams and developing players, including a key role as head coach for 2011 Boys and 2017/2018 Boys teams, where he’s known for fostering both skill and sportsmanship in his players.
Professional skills
Certified with UYSA in both 11v11 and 9v9 licenses, Jeff is dedicated to teaching the game the right way — emphasizing technical development, tactical understanding, and a love for the sport. His coaching philosophy centers around building confident, well-rounded athletes through positive reinforcement, high expectations, consistent training, and a deep respect for the game. Coach Jeff is committed to helping each athlete reach their full potential, both on and off the field.
