Coach 
Jeff McFadden brings over 7 years of youth coaching experience to the field, with a strong focus on player development and team growth. 

Over the last 6 years Jeff has served as a competitive level coach building teams and developing players, including a key role as head coach for 2011 Boys and 2017/2018 Boys teams, where he’s known for fostering both skill and sportsmanship in his players. 

Certified with US Soccer D license, Jeff is dedicated to teaching the game the right way — emphasizing technical development, tactical understanding, and a love for the sport. His coaching philosophy centers around building confident, well-rounded athletes through positive reinforcement, high expectations, consistent training, and a deep respect for the game. Coach Jeff is committed to helping each athlete reach their full potential, both on and off the field.
